Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ

This course introduces students to CPT and HCPCS Level II codes and gives students an overview of guidelines. Students learn how to abstract documentation for procedural coding and to identify services the patient received. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate the concepts of CPT and HCPCS Level II and apply applicable codes. Prerequisites: 1) Completion of Medical Coding I-ICD-10-CM course at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ or another college; AND 2) Completion of Medical Terminology for A&P course at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ or another college.
