There are a lot of reasons why people are cooking and baking more right now, including restaurant closures and the fact that many of us are at home more. Check out some of our digital cookbooks through the Home Grown eBook collection and how to access (and help) our own Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Food Pantry. 

We have many academic ebooks in our overall collections, but we also have some fiction and nonfiction through the , including a .

There are also some instant pot, one pan, cast iron, gluten-free, vegan, mixology, and bread baking books, too, in addition to some other nonfiction, including microhistories (small, focused nonfiction books) of some cooking ingredients, including butter, catfish, and beans!

Our Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Campus Harvest Food Pantry, supported usually by community and college donations, has shifted pickup locations and resources in order to best help our students during the pandemic. Want to help? Physical donations are not currently being accepted, but you can donate money through -- be sure to select Food Pantry as your designated fund.
