Constitution Day!

Submitted by Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Library on

Today is Constitution Day and to celebrate we wanted to highlight a couple of videos about the US Constitution from our Films on Demand database. Films on Demand has streaming video that is free to watch and easily embedded into Sakai.

This first video is The Almost Painless Guide to the US Constitution and is a short summary of how the Constitution was created with fun narration and a quick quiz at the end. (If you're off campus you will need to log in with your Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ username and password.)

We all know that the US Constitution didn't start out perfect, nor is it perfect today. This second video expands on the amendments that have been added to the constitution and explains the process of how amendments can be ratified. The US Constitution is a living document that will continue to change as our country learns and grows. (If you're off campus you will need to log in with your Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ username and password.)

Remember to , and vote on or before November 3rd!
